Who are you and what do you do?

I’m Gore & I’m a graphic designer for @sserentitycreative

Where did your name come from?

Im A big fan of horror movies of all sorts, that was always an influence but my name kinda describes my style and interest in body horror. Beauty behind the madness.

Who or what inspired you to start?

I used to do music and I was okay…but I knew it wasn’t my way in so I wanted to find the next best thing and was also trying to make my own covers at the time so just started practicing more and making them for my friends and I’ve always had an interest in design and video editing so it kinda just came naturally in a way.

What's your favorite moment so far in your career?

I have two I’d say but working on the rollout for “++” by Zodiak (R.I.P. bro), we built a real good relationship before he passed and that whole process was really fun and had a Carti post that did pretty well, a lot of eyes on that.

Who is your favorite artist?

I have two again, Alex Ross and Sanfetti. Marvel comics was kinda my introduction to a specific style that really caught my eye at a young age and Fetti inspires my style as of now.

Who is someone who inspires your art that might surprise your fans?

I listen to KillJae ALOT lmao, maybe too much while I’m working but he definitely inspires the vibe. Shoutout him!

What have you found to be the best way out of a creative rut?

Doing your homework. Everything was put on this earth for you to digest in a way, everyone should take advantage and use life as your muse. Take a break and watch some movies and listen to music you’re not used to.

Who would be your ultimate dream commission?

Yachty or Ken Carson forsure.

How do you approach converting haters into fans?

I just stay me, work within my strengths and also try to appeal to who I can, you’ll have haters.

What programs do you use to make your art?

I use PicsArt, Photoshop, IbisPaint X and CapCut. Still trying to learn After Effects.

What's your favorite accessory or piece of clothing in your closet?

Carti Neon Tour Long Sleeve, green and black with the pentagrams. They resell them for crazy now lmao, I’ll never get rid of it.

Message to the youth, or those getting started in your craft?

Just go through the motions, everything you’re questioning is all apart of the process. It’s better to do sometimes than ponder so that idea you have, just go ahead and bring it to life or you’ll be stuck waiting on no one but yourself.
