Who are you and what do you do?
My names XoThrax im a creator / artist
Where did your name come from?
I wanted something that meant love like a word to symbolize the love I put into my work and the first thing that came to mind when I was trying to come up with with a name is when I was younger id get love notes or whatever in school and they would always have xoxo or something and love you signed at the bottom and for some reason I just remembered that and XO was the first word I thought of for my name that both sounded Catchy and had some meaning behind it . For the 2nd half of my name I wanted something that sounded lil bit more rough or metal sounding cuz the first part was about love I was already into metal music and thrash sounded like thrax and I sold weed at the time that was my first little hustle where I seen some decent $ and if you don’t know Thrax Is another name for weed so yea when it came time to pick a name it just kinda all came together.
Who or what inspired you to start?
Life
What’s your favorite moment so far in your career?
Being on a bill board in Time square was pretty cool because it all came together organically I didn’t ask or anything like that and iv never been to NYC myself and that’s a pretty big stage. Either that or just living and creating In LA that’s a special place.
Who is your favorite artist?
That’s to hard to say one so ima say three Future ,James brown ,Young Thug
Who is someone who inspires your art that might surprise your fans?
Steve Jobs
What have you found to be the best way out of a creative rut?
Time as much as It hurts me to say that because we live in a society where people want new content and art to consume right away but for me it’s time. And just living life you gotta live to create if I don’t I feel like my work becomes shallow.
Who would be your ultimate super group? (Any genre)
Jimi Hendrix lead guitar fuck it put Randy Rhoads In there too on guitar umm Flea or Cliff Burton on base can’t pick between them Dave Grohl on drums and lead singer either James brown or Chester Bennington
How do you approach converting haters into fans?
Right now I don’t think about that In the future maybe that will change but for me its not something I think to often about.

What’s your favorite accessory or piece of clothing in your closet?
Jewelry always.
Message to the youth, or those getting started in your craft?
Be honest be genuine have good intentions with your work whatever artist inspired you to create try and be that for someone else give them that feeling you know. If you do that I feel like everything else will work itself out for you.
